Welcome to Merth Vineyard. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services, including our online store and Wine Club subscriptions.

By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.





1. General Information



This website is operated by Merth Vineyard (“we”, “us”, “our”).

We are an Australian registered business located in the Macedon Ranges, Victoria.

2. Eligibility and Responsible Service of Alcohol



By purchasing from this website, you confirm that:


  • You are at least 18 years of age, and
  • The person receiving the delivery is also at least 18 years of age.



Merth Vineyard supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we believe that:


  • The buyer is under 18 years old, or
  • The order is intended for supply to minors.






3. Products and Availability



We take care to ensure all product information, pricing, and vintage details are accurate. However:


  • Vintages and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.






4. Orders and Payments



Orders are processed through our secure Shopify platform.

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods as displayed at checkout.

Full payment is required before dispatch.


We reserve the right to:


  • Refuse any order you place, or
  • Limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.



If we make a change or cancel an order, we’ll contact you via email or phone.





5. Wine Club Subscriptions



By joining the Merth Vineyard Wine Club, you agree to the following:


  • Your subscription will renew automatically on a biannual basis (May and December).
  • You’ll be charged automatically for each renewal unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
  • You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your customer account or by contacting us at merthvineyard@gmail.com.



Discounts and benefits associated with Wine Club membership apply only while your subscription remains active.





6. Shipping and Delivery



We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–8 business days of payment.


Flat-rate shipping of $15 per order applies unless otherwise stated.

Free shipping may apply for Wine Club members or qualifying order totals.


We use reputable carriers (e.g., Australia Post, Sendle) and are not liable for delays once your parcel has been lodged for delivery.





7. Returns and Refunds



We comply with Australian Consumer Law regarding faulty or damaged goods.


If you receive wine that is damaged, leaking, or corked, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if possible.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for alcohol purchases.





8. Customer Accounts and Discounts



If you create an account, you’re responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and accuracy.

Wine Club member discounts apply only to eligible, active members and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.





9. Intellectual Property



All text, images, graphics, and branding on this site are owned by or licensed to Merth Vineyard.

You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.





10. Limitation of Liability



To the extent permitted by law, Merth Vineyard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.





11. Governing Law



These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Victoria.
